Wednesday : EA Active 2 - core workout
30minutes, Avg HR 110, 173.8 Cal Burned
Thursday : EA Active 2 - 21 Day Challenge, Hard
(I only have 84% completion because I skipped the
cooldown exercises because I had to shower..)
Friday : EA Active 2 - 21 Day Challenge, Hard
(With this one I had to skip 1 split squats set
because my knees couldn't handle them for
a second time within the workout, and I
skipped 2 cooldown exercises to shower for work)
I walked 4.25 miles, at a normal pace. No running.
Don't have vitals, as I did not wear my heart rate monitor.
So, I have successfully gone through the first day of June on target.
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and so far I have worked out for 5 days in a row.
This means that if I work out for another 16 days, I will have created a habit!
