Monday : Leisure Pool Time, and wayyy too much good food!

Tuesday : gym, 20min treadmill, 15 min upper body

35 Minutes, Max HR 235, Avg HR 152, 211 Cal Burned, 8.2g Fat Burned

Wednesday : EA Active 2 - core workout

30minutes, Avg HR 110, 173.8 Cal Burned

Thursday : EA Active 2 - 21 Day Challenge, Hard

6.5lb Weights

(I only have 84% completion because I skipped the

cooldown exercises because I had to shower..)

Friday : EA Active 2 - 21 Day Challenge, Hard

6.5lb Weights

(With this one I had to skip 1 split squats set

because my knees couldn't handle them for

a second time within the workout, and I

skipped 2 cooldown exercises to shower for work)

Saturday :

I walked 4.25 miles, at a normal pace. No running.

Don't have vitals, as I did not wear my heart rate monitor.

So, I have successfully gone through the first day of June on target.

They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, and so far I have worked out for 5 days in a row.

This means that if I work out for another 16 days, I will have created a habit!

HUZZAH!

Squishy-Face! ^.^

So, I have a nephew. What a darling nephew. His name is Matthias. My little baby, chunky-monkey 10-year old (well not anymore) brother has his very own mini-me. Yup. Matthias looks just. like. his. daddy.

Well, Matthew (my "little" 21-year old brother) and Matthias came over to Julie's house last Sunday to spend some time with his favorite (well, I'd like to think so anyway..) aunt: ME!

Here's some squishy-faced pictures! He really is adorable. Thank goodness. Because I really didn't want to have to lie for the rest of my life. :-P

That is all. I mean, I have LOADS more pictures, but I won't upload them all. I just wanted

to share with you two readers of mine that I have fallen in love with my little Squishy-Face

and plan to be the COOLEST AUNT EVER.

Oh, yes. There are trips to Disneyland, Busch Gardens, playing hookie from school,

overnight trips in cool new places, zoos, museums, and loads more in his future.

This little man will be one handsome and intelligent find for some lucky lady.

.....But not too soon I hope.
