So, I missed last week's fitness summary. Actually, I thought it was saved as a "draft" on here, but when I went to update and finalize it, it was not there. Bummer.
Now, I have a very important final exam coming up next week, so I'm taking a short hiatus. I will still post if the feeling is right, but it should only be a short one, so you lovely people don't get withdrawals. :-)
